The Melbourne Passion Play has grown from humble beginnings at Rosebud in 1997.

It is now seen by many thousands of Victorians from all walks of life each year.

Over the years, it has become something of a  cultural as well as religious institution in Melbourne.

It is annually  Performed Live at striking locations in Ruffey Lake Park by a large cast of volunteer performers.


The Melbourne Passion Play is a non-commercial, non-denominational, free event.

THE GREATEST STORY EVER TOLD is that of Jesus’ Baptism, Ministry, Betrayal, Trial, Crucifixion and Resurrection.

2008 Production is a stunning success receiving acclaims from entire audience. 

 

There will be a gathering of all 2008 cast and crew and new cast and crew members on the 7th December 2008 from 12.00pm to 2.30pm. Lunch will be provided.
It will be an opportunity for members of the Play to regroup and to meet new members. The script will also be made available and an overview of the changes to the Play will be given. All past cast and crew are invited to attend. Bring along anyone who may be interested in joining.
